AALTO cuisine is boundless and so must be the beverage menu. The wine list includes 800 labels, with no geographical or style pregiudice. The wine list counts on 600 references, with a wide selection of Burgundy, Champagne and Italian bubbles, biodynamic and natural wines. An important selection of sakes, teas, spirits, liqueurs and whiskies accompanies the gastronomic experience.
For AALTO, Marrone has designed a bespoke wine cellar wall connecting the dining room to the open kitchen. One of the largest ever built: it measures 3.5 metres by 10 metres and can hold up to 1,600 bottles, divided according to 6 different temperature zones.
