AALTO cuisine is boundless and so is the beverage menu. The cellar includes more than 700 references, with a wide selection of sakes and wines, from Italy, Europe and all over the world, including biodynamic and natural wines. Teas, spirits, liqueurs and whiskies accompany the gastronomic experience.
For AALTO, Marrone has designed a bespoke wine cellar wall connecting the dining room to the open kitchen. One of the largest ever built: it measures 3.5 metres by 10 metres and can hold up to 1,600 bottles, divided according to 6 different temperature zones.
