Design

Designed by architect Maurizio Lai, AALTO space (320 sqm) is consistent with the philosophy of the boundless cuisine.

Natural materials, walnut wood, porphyry, brass, and leather combine with multiple suggestions. Materials and surfaces are composed and decomposed in a continuous dynamism.

The walnut tables, designed for the location, have been conceived as a neat chessboard. The butterfly plugs on the surface are decorated in brass underlining the wooden parts of the top. The porphyry shapes break down into geometric portions and are recomposed through brass decorations.

The space is equipped with an active air sanification system through photocatalysis to make guests live a unique experience with safety.
