For Valentine’s Day dinner Chef Takeshi Iwai created a special 8-courses tasting menu closed by “Un fiore per lei”, the dessert inspired by sakura flowers, created by Pastry chef Luca De Santi, dedicated to all couples, consisting of raspberry meringue and mousse, litchi and infusion of rose sorbet, litchi gel and rose jelly.
