For Valentine’s Day dinner Chef Takeshi Iwai created a special 8-courses tasting menu closed by “Un fiore per lei”, the dessert inspired by sakura flowers, created by Pastry chef Luca De Santi, dedicated to all couples, consisting of raspberry meringue and mousse, litchi and infusion of rose sorbet, litchi gel and rose jelly.

Oysters, kiwi and kombucha

Sour chawanmushi, pink shrimps and black truffle

Brill and salmon roe

Sweetbreads, Jerusalem artichoke and sauce au vin blanc

Beef fillet and elderberries

Saffron rice, brown crab and burnt lemon

Tsukemen style spaghetti with parmesan and cheese and tiger prawns

Tasting menu 175 euro per person, drinks not included
Pairing by the glass 100 euro per person
