Gift card and gift voucher are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase* and are non-refundable.
Gift cards and gift vouchers feature a reference code which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption.
Should the final bill exceed the value of the gift card or gift voucher, the outstanding amount will have to be remitted.
If the final bill is less than the value of the gift card or gift voucher, the balance will be transferred to a new voucher to be used at the restaurant at a future date.
* In case of any restaurant closures due to Covid-19 emergency, the validity period will be extended.
